Attitudes answer the question of who a person should be, while behaviors answer the question of what a person should do.

In order to build a better city for all, Detroiters need to be open-minded, creative and dedicated. No matter what their passion is, Detroiters should act by learning, building and serving. This will yield a better city and better life for all of us.

To us, elite does not represent the 1%. Elite represents a level of growth and achievement relative to one’s own position. To be elite is to take stock of what you can control and grind in order to reach a higher state of living for yourself and those around you.
